Introducing Nova Assistant

Why we built an AI assistant that lives in your infrastructure, not ours.

Introducing Nova Assistant

We’ve spent a lot of time watching companies struggle with AI adoption. Not because the technology isn’t ready—it is. But because the options available don’t fit how real businesses actually work.

The Problem We Kept Seeing

Option A: SaaS AI tools. Pay per seat. Watch costs balloon as you scale. Hope your sensitive data is safe on someone else’s servers. Get the same generic assistant as everyone else.

Option B: Build it yourself. Hire a team. Spend six months. Burn through a budget that makes the CFO cry. Then maintain it forever.

Neither option made sense for the mid-size companies we talked to—the ones with 100 to 1,000 employees who need AI yesterday but can’t justify enterprise SaaS pricing or a custom development moonshot.

So We Built a Third Option

Nova Assistant is what happens when you ask: what if you could have a production-ready AI assistant that runs entirely in your own AWS account?

Your data stays yours. Your infrastructure, your control. No per-seat pricing—just a flat monthly fee that doesn’t punish you for growing.

What Nova Actually Does

  • Document Q&A: Upload your policies, handbooks, and docs. Nova answers questions about them.
  • Custom Personas: Create different AI personalities for different teams. An HR assistant that sounds different from an IT helper.
  • Enterprise Security: PII masking, audit logs, role-based access. The stuff compliance teams actually ask for.
  • RAG Built-In: Retrieval-augmented generation that actually works, backed by your own knowledge bases.

Why “Nova”?

A nova is a star that suddenly becomes dramatically brighter. That’s what we want for your team—a sudden, dramatic boost in what they can accomplish. Also, it’s short and easy to spell in Slack messages.

What’s Next

We’re working with early customers now to refine the deployment experience and add the features that matter most. If you’re tired of choosing between expensive SaaS and expensive custom development, we should talk.
